A residential Building situated at 2461 Broadway. This building has small footprint at the base of the building increases as it grows in height, resulting in an elegant tower on the North end of the neighbourhood.

In this project Complex Cantilever Structure was added North of Existing Building. SDE has provided complete Detailing along with Sealed and Signed Calculations for Structural Steel, & Bracings.
